Very honest, which is hard to find in an auto repair shop. They have worked on multiple vehicles of ours and other family members, and we have all been very satisfied. Trudy at the front desk was wonderful. I took my Mom's car in to be inspected. When it didn't pass, they charged me 1/2 price and offered to have me bring it in a few days later and have it retested, which I did. It flunked again. Jr was very patient and suggested that I drive the car 30 miles and come back again. Third time was a charm! I appreciate it their Customer Service and their professional demeanor. 5 stars. I'll take the car there again.

I've dealt with Extreme Auto twice, and I am very impressed with them. I had a broken head gasket in my Ford Ranger. I shopped around and found that their prices were comparable to other mechanics. They did a great job. I have had no further problems with my truck, and it has been three years now. The other time, my wife went in with a check engine light on her Honda Civic. They ran a diagnostic check, and told her it was just a gas cap problem, replaced the gas cap, and sent her on her way. Very honest I would recommend.
